U.S. Standard Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and Handling Charges for USPS Priority Mail and UPS U.S. Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, Next Day Air and Ground International to Canada are dynamically generated by the USPS and UPS systems. What you see in the shopping cart is the best shipping rate available.
If you are placing a large or bulky order shipping by truck freight may be available at a lower rate. You can request a quotation or we may offer a quotation when we receive your order.

Oversized shipments Our shopping cart system tells you accurate shipping costs in almost all cases, however, If the dimensions and weight of your shipment cause the actual shipping cost to exceed the Shipping & Handling rate shown we will notify you and request permission to adjust the charge and bill you the additional amount. This can occur with large orders or items shipped a long distance.
Delivery times
-Shipping companies do not usually deliver on weekends. If you're counting on delivery by a particular date, take this into account.
-If you need a delivery by a certain date please note the delivery date required in the Check Out Comment Box. We will deliver to you on or before that date or advise you if we think you should select an Expedited Service.

Expedited Shipping in U.S.
- Expedited shipping options are available through the shopping cart. We apologize that the charges are so high; they simply reflect what the delivery companies charge us.
- If your Expedited order exceeds the standard dimensional weight allowed by UPS we will notify you and request to adjust the Expedited Shipping & Handling charge to cover any additional charges by UPS .

International Shipping via US Postal Priority Mail International
- Expedited Shipping Rate quotes are now available in the Shopping Cart alongside UPS.

Shipping Information:

All credit card orders for in-stock items are normally shipped within 2 business days. We make every effort to ship all orders placed by 2:00PM EST that same day, but this is not guaranteed.

Payments: Credit card approval must be obtained or check/money order must be received, prior to processing. All standard orders paid with personal check will be shipped within 1 week from the date the payment is received. Imprinted or engraved orders have a longer lead time for shipping.

Deliveries to a business address are made only Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
Ground deliveries to a home address are made only Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
We ship via UPS and U.S. Postal with confirmation. For expedited shipping we use UPS.
International shipments are sent by the best possible service including US Postal Service Priority Mail and UPS.

Use Your Own Shipping Account You can provide your own account number for UPS or DHL and we will not charge you for shipping. A small handling charge may apply.

Standard Delivery:

See General Notes above and the following: We choose the most efficient method to ship to the Continental United States. We will use UPS Ground delivery service or USPS Priority Mail. Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories are shipped Priority Mail or UPS. Please allow 3 - 10 days to receive your order by regular ground service, depending upon your shipping location. The zip code of the destination determines transit time.
